By purchasing this session/package, you agree that:

  1. Payments & Use: Payment is required upfront. Prepaid sessions must be used within the timeframe stated in the package description unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.

  3. Provider Cancellations: If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund for that session.

  4. No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Refunds are not offered for change of mind but are provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  5. Unused Package Sessions: If a refund is legally required, it applies to the unused portion only.

  6. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your own decisions and results. We provide guidance and facilitation but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  7. Not Medical Advice: Services are supportive and educational, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  8. ACL Rights: Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

It is important to know that PSYCH-K®️ is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, rather it has proven to be a complement to it.
